These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the agreement between you and Fern Play Park ("we", "us", "our") for use of the website at cocukoyunpark.com and the games offered on it (together, the "Service"). By opening or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If any part does not work for you, please do not use the Service.

1. What Fern Play Park is

Fern Play Park is a free social-entertainment website. It offers small browser games made for relaxation and fun. It is not a gambling service: there is no betting, no wagering, no cash-in or cash-out, and nothing of monetary value is ever staked, won or lost.
