Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Fern Play Park (cocukoyunpark.com) does and does not collect when you visit, and how we look after it. We keep things deliberately minimal — Fern Play Park is a free game site with no accounts and no payments, so there is very little to collect.

The short version

We do not ask you to register, we do not take payments, and we do not build profiles about you. Your game progress lives only inside your own browser. We are not a gambling operator and hold no financial data of any kind.

Information you choose to give us

The only time you actively send us information is if you use the contact form or email us directly. In that case we receive the name, email address and message you provide, and we use them for one purpose only: to reply to you.

Information kept on your device

To make the site work we save a couple of small values in your browser's local and session storage:

• a note that you confirmed you are 18+, so the age prompt does not appear on every visit;
• a note that you dismissed our cookie message;
• your current game scores, which never leave your browser.

These values stay on your device, can be read only by this site, and can be cleared at any moment from your browser settings.

Information gathered automatically

As with most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for security and reliability. This information is not used to identify you personally and is not combined with anything else.

Cookies and similar tools

We use only the essential storage described above. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy. We do not operate advertising or cross-site tracking of our own.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We would disclose information only if the law genuinely required it.

Children

Fern Play Park is strictly for adults aged 18 and over and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
